How to use :
Place both feet on the pedals.
• Keep resistance to zeron (0) and pedal for 3 minutes.
• Set resistance to higher level to stimulate incline and hills. Cycle for 20 minutes.
• Slowly cool down by lowering the resistance level back tozero (0).
